I've used this brush for several years, you know how it is when you find something you like when you need a replacement, you want this one.

I just do not understand why companies do this, they have a great product... so they change it.
Yeah let's make it better. PFFT.

The original style had fewer rows of bristles, and the bristles were somewhat stiffer Now there are more rows of softer bristles, you know like every other brush. At least now, they have updated the product image.

You make a product, get over a thousand great reviews, then change the product without making it a new listing, playing on the back of your once great product. This is a different product than it used to be..

Yes it is a brush, has the same SKU and UPC codes, but the product is substantially different.

I can no longer recommend this product, and buyers should keep in mind, the glowing reviews may well be for the older product.

For many years when it comes to hair items, Conair has always been my "go-to" place, knowing I would be receiving high quality and satisfaction. A recent haircut meant a smaller round brush was called for and I didn't hesitate in choosing the same brand I've always felt comfortable with. The star counts above for, "Drying Power, Easy To Hold, and, "For Traveling" do all warrant 5 stars, however, as an overall I'm marking just 3 stars because I've attempted to use this brush a few times and always with the same outcome of extreme hair pulling and an unusual gripping and non-release of the hair. When winding the brush through my hair and expecting the brush to quickly release, it's not happening, instead, the hair is literally stuck and almost tangled, meaning I have to shut-off my blowdryer and actually pull and maneuver the brush into letting go of my hair. I've never had a problem with a Conair product before, so this is unusual. For a short, feathered cut such as I have, and my hair is not overly thick, I can't find the cause.

No Kidding "Colors May Vary", you think you will receive a blue hair brush (as shown) and you receive pink which is the last color I would want. This is why buying at a store and not online is a good idea. You take your chances buying online and sometimes you are disappointed.

This was actually the first time a brush has ever broken on me while I was brushing my hair it has a very light plastic membrane that slipped out of place when you’re brushing your hair almost like they didn’t finish gluing it on or didn’t use enough glue either way it broke while I was using it the first week

Great little round brush for blow-drying. You have to know how to use a round brush, though, so that it doesn't tangle in your hair. Just don't wrap your hair all the way around; instead, pull the brush straight up to the end of the hair, then turn it a bit, but make sure the hair doesn't fully wrap around the barrel.
The only thing I'd change about this brush is that it needs about another 1/2" in length to the handle end. The bristle end is fine.

I have been searching for a replacement brush that I bought 25 years ago. The old brush worked great and now a little of the paint is wearing off. I was so happy to see that Amazon had a brush almost 100% like my old one. My hair is somewhat thick and brushes tend to get hung up in my hair. This one doesn't. It glides through like a knife through butter. Thanks for still producing one of the best brushes I've ever used.

I'm male with short hair (2 - 4"). This brush is fantastic. It is light, has a great grip, soft on the head, and provides excellent hair separation, on clean or hair with product in it. I use a promade and this brush glides through silky smooth. Much nicer than the brush I was using before that cost twice as much. That it's cheap is a bonus. Highly recommended!

Note: I ordered blue and received pink, which is Amazon's fault not the product's, so I'm not dinging a star for that.
