Aside from the value, this blade has a GREAT forward weight that makes it bite deep on the down stroke. This is more a log limber, tree clearer, head lopper kinda blade than a lightweight field machete. But if you've ever appreciated a Busse Killa Zilla or Bolo, or wish that Gingrich made a massive chopper, this knife's for you. As far as I can tell, this knife will not die. Ever. No matter what.
However, if you are more of a Cold Steel $20 tanto mall ninja, save your pennies and buy four or five CS khukris to swing around your head at the Cobra Kai Dojo (OK, that wasn't very nice to ninjas. Or Cobra Kai.).
If you've dug through all the really great reviews and somehow still find yourself wondering "should I buy this knife?" The answer is clearly no. You are incapable of rational thought, animal instinct, and the insane disregard for your own life that would override any "pause button" so you could rationally discuss this with your wife.Read more ›
