I want to love these dice, I really do. Some games they work perfect on. Others, like Unlucky Seven, we have a lot of issues. Sometimes just one die won’t register and we’ve managed to figure out how to get around that. Two days ago, we started having a issue with them all just freezing during that same game. We had to give up playing. I’m torn on whether or not to keep them. There aren’t many games currently. We tried one of the math games but it just was not fun. Unlucky Seven is fun but they either need to raise the win score or add more challenge cards, etc. Farkle is ok but for some reason, you can’t always bank your points on the first roll even if you have 300. At this point in time, they are very pricey for the limited amount of games and only being able to do 4 players on most games.

Most of the time the dice would read correctly! We are using a Samsung Galaxy tab for viewing. The dice were off and on with correct reading of the outcome on yahze. The trivia game was a loop no matter the difficulty level. Farkle was the best game; dice were always in sync with 2 players. My wife and I are debating trying the other games, but overall fun!

These dice are an absolute find, I love them much much more than I expected to! I am not a techy person at all, and usually shy away from techy things. But these dice are so easy to initiate and use, and they use technology in such a smart way.

The packaging is very aesthetic. I particularly like the cap mechanism. You know how you always lose dice? Well, you won't lose these, because the cap is part of the box and cannot be removed or lost. It needs to be twisted to open. These dice are not going anywhere! Another thing I really like about the packaging is the fact that it is so compact. Especially important as I plan to take them on all of our family trips from now on!
The instructions are streamlined and user friendly. As I already mentioned, I am not techy at all, but it was a breeze to follow the instructions and we started to play in less than 5 minutes.
The app is connected to the dice and can read what your throw is. There are several games, and much to my family's delight there is Yahtzee.
This is seriously going to simplify traveling with children! no more huge boxed games, no more lost pieces. Now we have multiple games at the tip of our fingers in such a compact package!

Love these dice. We still have plenty of games to try out on the app, and I am already excited to see what new games they bring.

This is THE IT GAME. i was so impressed with this set of dice for many many reasons. #1. It is very easy to use and that good for littles. #2 it is fun but at times educational and that is great for parents. #3 It is compact and can charge anywhere and I love that feature. and the charge is so dang fast it is unreal. This really is an amazing concept. the ONLY thing I wish it had, was more game. but other than that, man did they knock it out of the park with with one!!!! I'm a mom of 4 kids, with a full time job, which means I barely have time to buy cool gifts for my kids, forget leaving a review for them. So this is going to be short and sweet.
My oldest child (11) played with these 'magic dice' at a friends house and came home begging for a set. I actually trust this child a lot, so I went for it. I am sooooooo glad I did.
Literally entertained the FAMILY, that's 6 humans (2 year old was running around with the dice and we had to chase after him, if you call that entertainment).
I can't explain it but there was something so cool and different about playing with the dice in our hands... but enjoying the ease of a game on the device. Anything that is less messy, I LOVE. Also the charging of the dice is so cool
We learned a game I had heard of but never played before (Yatzy) -
Even my husband and I managed to sneak away for a few minutes - they continued to play other games on the app and keep quiet and entertained.
We took it with us on a family trip, since it legit takes up no space.
The older 2 kids kept themselves entertained the whole flight.
A big WIN for us !

I originally got these as another option for family game night but so far it’s mostly been my husband and I playing with them. While my kids love them, my husband and I have played Farkle just about every night since we got them. Most of the games are daily easy to learn after a round or two. Excited to see more games added and for family game nights.

I bought this for my grandsons.
Now I'm the "cool grandpa" for introducing them to something new.
The dice feel substantial, but like regular dice. But these dice are far from regular.
When put in the charger, they actually light up when charging. Even though it only requires 10 seconds to charge (and lasted as long as we played), the kids kept going back to charge - because they enjoyed this part so much. Kept calling it "magic"
I look forward to them adding more games, but for now we enjoyed Backgammon + Pig.
The real win with this gift is they didn't just open it and drop it and run away, like most gifts. It was a gift that we enjoyed together. We were handling the dice, which felt nostalgic and good to the touch - but playing the games on the device - which felt like I was meeting them where they are. (if you can't beat them, join them!)
Hopefully we'll play more games the next time we're together.
Thank you for a great product and a great time with my grandkids!

Disconnects from iPhone while playing

It was fun until it kept disconnecting from the iPhone which we mirrored to the TV, don't know if we had to continuously keep the dice super close to the phone. And disappointed they don't work online yet to play with family members far away. Not worth the high dollar amount, unless the app can be used to play with others online.

The dice rolled correctly probably 96/97% of the time. But there were times when the dice on the screen didn’t match the dice roll in physical reality.

However I felt the real let-down were the games. The interface on Ludo was very poorly executed. The pig game was incomprehensible.

The ladybug game was very very dull, consisting of each player taking it in turns until they roll a 1. When you roll a 1 you can build the first of 6 parts of your ladybird. Then after that taking it turns until they roll a 2, so on. A game where on your turn you have a 1 in 6 sign of success is really not a good basis for a game to be enjoyed by a 3 year old.

Other games were equally either dull, or pointlessly complex.

Another criticism from a gaming point of view is that games requiring 1 dice only should allow each player to have 1 active dice, rather than having to pass a single dice between players.

All in all. Nice concept the The dice don’t work brilliantly and the games are poorly designed and too few. I returned this within an hour of receiving it.

Packet ist prima geliefert worden. Die Würfel waren gut verpackt und die Installation war recht einfach. Jetzt zu den Schattenseiten:
1. jeden 8-9 Wurf hakt die Erkennung und einer von beiden Würfeln muss neu gewürfelt werden.
2. Eine Großzahl der angebotenen Spiele ist nicht für 2 Würfel geeignet. Es wird das komplette Set mit 5-6 Würfeln benötigt (Preis: 139,-)
Es lohnt sich leider nicht 59,-€ für das 2er Set auszugeben, da nach 15-20 Minuten Spaß die Möglichkeiten erschöpft sind.
Das ist sehr schade, da die Grundidee wirklich gut ist.
