The phrase "multidimensional success" really resonated with me. So many times I've focused disproportionately on my career, and at 38 am now hoping I didn't wait too long to get moving on the other dimensions of my life like family. She lays out easy tools to help you focus on what is important to you at the current stage of your life, and sets the expectation that our priorities and balance can and should change as we move through life's various chapters.
This is an easy read, and a very pleasurable read, that gets the seemingly simple messages across. Definitely worth the time!
Hindsight being 20/20, I could only suggest to young women in the workforce now to use this book as a 'guide' to the next phase in their lives. Dr. Ageenko has provided with this book a lighting tool for you.
