After owning this for just over a month, I found this attachment (that I used to convert the power to charge my Tesla) plugged into the wall with smoke coming from the attachment. The current was melting the plastic attachment as seen in the photo. This is EXTREMELY dangerous and could have burned down my house. I would not recommend anyone buy this item.
Of course, this happened 5 days after my return window closed. I may have to talk to my lawyer about this dangerous item sold by Amazon.
