The Conrad Edison stories are my new favorites from the Overworld. Conrad Edison has a very hard start in life but is really coming into his own as a hero and leader as he brings together a band of unlikely allies to fight against the pure evil that is his father, Victus.
This book in particular does a fantastic job of tying the different threads and characters from the Overworld together. The end includes a few surprises that I don’t want to give away. All I can say is that I can’t wait for the next installment to see where things go.
This book is no different. The story grows organically and builds on the foundations laid by the previous books, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here.
The Pace of events was fast but there is the matter of Darkness being alive
I am really looking forward to seeing where we go from here, in all the story ARCs. Love how enamoured Max is with the idea of Ivy Slade. It is just one of the components that makes this so good.
