Shocking in it explanation of how American's are being taken advantage of by their government through slight of hand and thug tactics. This is done to make the average person pay taxes on money that is not legally taxable. For the a fore mentioned reason you must give it of your own free will. You do give it, but is it of your own free will? Do you give more then you have to? The average family gives over $8000.00 more than is demanded by law. The choice is yours, if you want to keep 'giving' it, but if not . . . may I suggest reading this book.

For six years on my website TaxHonestyPrimer dot com, I have highly recommended Phil's book. Anyone seeking to plumb the depths of 150 years of D.C. organized crime -- especially if they ever plan to become a law-abiding, conscientious Nontaxpayer -- must read this book.

Phil Hart's historical survey of Congress' second-largest financial crime (the largest being their counterfeiting operation begun in 1862 and outsourced to the FED cartel 51 years later) is the finest work of its kind in America. Detailed and well-documented, yet fast-moving enough to read almost like a mystery novel, I consider Constitutional Income: Do You Have Any? as vital a resource to any serious American, as a single-volume copy of the Tax Code.
