This book is the exact same as the 11th edition. I thumbed through the new version and this one side-by-side. So if you want to save yourself a few hundred bucks, buy this addition over the current one!

My teacher requires us to answer the discussion questions at the end and I find that they don't really review the chapter's content. Also, there are so many diagrams that the chapter seems long and hard to keep up with

The definitions and concepts are still relevant but the examples are outdated. This was written pre-recession and it shows. The references to technology are comical.

This book is hard to follow and goes too deep into every sub topic vs staying clear on the main topics of every chapter. You quickly lose what is important
