Last but not least, there is a chapter on the law affecting various forms of payment for consumer transactions, including credit and debit cards.

This is an excellent book that goes hand-in-hand with the textbook (Problems and Materials in Consumer Law by Whaley 8th edition). It does an amazing job breaking down statutes, acts, UCC codes in lay terms to help you understand them. No long cases or nonsense. I highly recommend this over textbook.

The book conveys some basic information about consumer protection law. Like the other books in a nutshell series, the treatment is relatively superficial, but that is a feature, not a bug. The problem with this volume is that it makes a rather exciting area of the law seem rather dull.
