And boy was I pleasantly surprised! Even though Passanante says his book is not a step-by-step roadmap, it really provides a great framework, with an example from his work at BESLER Consulting, of what every B2B enterprise marketer needs to follow to successfully launch a new product or service into the market.
The book was very well written, clear, and straight to the point. It had portions there for people new to content marketing, and if you wanted to skip the basic primers on each one of the tactics you could go right to how he applied each tactic to the launch of BESLER"s new Readmissions product.
Additionally, what was really refreshing about the book was his discussion of how to tie specific business goals to your content marketing strategy, something which is missing in most literature these days on content marketing.
I bought the Kindle version, but then I liked it so much that i bought the print version for myself, and then I bought the print version for one of my large software outsourcing consulting clients. Thanks MIchael for this long overdue book!
