Okay here is my honest opinion on The Contours Options Elite Carbon color/style.
I first would like to say I'm some what of a stroller snob, I research, YouTube, compare galore & on first assessment I was sure this, "was the one".
Postives or Pros
-Assembly was a breeze!
-Color/Fabric/Frame materials seem impressively sturdy & high quality
-Looks! This stroller looks just as nice as some of the high end brands
- Basket is huge & well placed
- Bumper Bars included!
- Car seat accessories & Childs tray are very inexpensive to "add on" or purchase separately
- Wheels are very solid/durable
- Canopy features- magnetic widow/closing & mesh zipper panel.
Cons- things I personally dislike
- The Handle Bar- foam padded & probably the only "cheap part" that makes it obvious if it's price point
- Maneuverability, I don't feel it's the easiest stroller to steer. It can be some what awkward especially with a full load
- Canopy, while I love the fabric I hate the "adjustable positions" it doesn't seem to stay fully open when comepletely pulled down. Maybe with more use the fabric will give & stay in position
- The Parent cup holder, is very small & probably not useful. It would maybe hold a small can beverage but even a 16oz water bottle tips and wobbles
- The seat recline is somewhat complicated, while it's simple & straight forward it is also stiff & finicky between "positions"
- Peek a boo windows are only mesh, no plastic to harbor out rain or keep in heat in the colder weather.
I'm a tad undecided if I will settle & keep this stroller or continue the hunt for "functional love". Over all I think it's a great option for some families, perhaps if I had 2 same sized children but I'm not sure this will work out for me.
