About the Author
Greg Vanden Berge has been a licensed General Building Contractor in the state of California for over 25 years. He's been involved with large projects, involving hundreds of workers and even worked on plenty of projects, by himself. Greg got his contractor's license when he was only 25 years old and it's literally been a rough and bumpy road, to success. If you don't mind learning things the hard way, don't purchase this book, because it will make your life as a contractor, a little easier. Thanks in advance and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

For the new guys, don't rely on this book solely. I remember reading some things that didn't seem like very good advice to me. It's been awhile since I read it so I can't remember them off the top of my head. Use books like this to learn, but use networking and find mentors who can teach you so much more.
not listed in the book, that are very importand. this book is more of experences in comon situations than real tips for sucess>
i think is a good book if you are starting to be a contractor but if you all ready are one, will not be usefull on any way
i got some fun reading it just because i allready had same experences listed here, the book is kind of pricy for the quality
of the information on the book, if i write one book will be 100 times better than this one.
