I really wanted/needed a preworkout energy supplement without creatine, which I don't care for (too many side effects, such as weight gain/bloating). White Flood has no side effects on me and gives me a very comparable boost to endurance, focus and energy that a product like Jack3D does.

I find that I can lift and workout longer, work up a good sweat, and thus build more muscle and lose more fat with each workout. My body doesn't seem to build up much of a tolerance to it either, using two scoops, only on workout days (which are only 3-4 at most at this moment, every week).

There is a slight tingly feeling (I tend to like that) once it starts hitting you, but the positive effects of the product are mostly noticeable by the extra reps/sets that I can tolerate, and the longer workouts. It doesn't affect your urinary functions like some supplements and again there are no negative side effects that I have experienced.

The smaller $15 container actually lasts for weeks and is a great value.

A very nice, natural-feeling supplement. I use the Fruit Punch which has a very tolerable taste (not bad), with a typical 8-10oz glass of water and two scoops (I could use 3 if I wanted).

Definitely recommend this if you're looking for an alternative to something like Jack3D (which is also effective but much harsher on your system, and I am also questioning USPLabs ingredients after the Oxy Elite Pro fiasco, and do not trust them any longer).

Fine for extra boost, but...

Sometimes, early in the morning, you need that extra energy boost to get you in the gym and to keep you going once you are there. This product is great for that--no jitters & no anxiety. However, it does not contain creatine and I have noticed that my recovery time is much longer because of this. I will go back to N.O. Xplode, or something similar, for the recovery aspect.

Also, I used the Fruit Punch flavor and it was wayyyy too sweet for me! I have tried watering it down with as much as 12 ounces of water and it does not help...

this is the worst pre workout i have EVER invested in. For starters the taste is so bad that i dread drinking this before every workout, it tastes like dirt LITERALLY. The only reason i keep using it is because i just want to finish it and move on but i dont think thats even possible because its that awful. On top of that the pump is awful and doesnt even compare to numerous other preworkouts ive taken. I dont ever write reviews but i am so disgusted with this stuff that i had to voice my opinion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TRUST ME.

My boyfriend introduced me to this product.This product does not make me jittery but it will give you a headache. Thats only if you don't drink enough water. Other than that I love this product :) I body is really sensitive to anything, so I only use half a scoop and it still gets me going. This keeps me focused and helps me do more reps. I really like this. OH! it tastes amazing :D Some reviews said this tastes like chalk but nope! not at all :) tastes just like fruit punch.
