I noticed the problem with the round disks that wouldn't stay in place (that some others mentioned), but I just used a drop of Loctite on each little "pin" that went in the slots. Problem solved. I now have 2 stable racks that are holding most of my pots/pans and also my large bowls/casseroles.
I'm very happy with the 2 racks - helped me get my spring cleaning/organizing off to a good start.
