Wonderful book. If looking to buy something for raw vegans--especially beginners looking for good food that helps them stick to the lifestyle--this is perfect. I can rattle off a dozen other raw vegans whose recipes I've tried, and I can't think of any that are as easy yet delicious as Laura-Jane's.

It's so well written and set out it's like having Laura-Jane in the kitchen with you, talking you through everything you need to know in a no- fuss, easy, friendly way. It covers everything from beginning to eat well, kitchen tips, stocking the pantry, ingredient descriptions and preparation, all explained clearly so there’s no confusion about ingredients or preparation
The recipes are a breeze to make, budget friendly, easily obtained and yum too.
