It is not a legitimate cookbook without pics and increasingly today nutritonal info. Just because you
can self publish does not excuse you from being professional. I ONLY COLLECT COOKBOOKS WITH PICS.
I was hugely disappointed in the book.

The best review on the book is by a licensed marriage counselor who credits the
book for saving his marriage
The Introduction is a good overview of the types of burgers you can make in this book and does a good job of a little education on how to make great burgers and other general information to help you grt going. The author goes through some types and dispels some thinking people have about how frequently you should flip a burger while it is cooking.
In getting the best taste the author explains the importance of grinding your own beef so you know what yu are working with and can improve on your processes. There are recipes for beef burgers, chicken and turkey burgers and lamb, pork and other burgers. The final chapter deals with side dishes.
This book will be a great reference book for burgers for years to come there are so many burgers to try.
Ths book contains lots of hints about equipment and ingredients about how to make the perfect burger.
The recipes include the title, the ingredients is for the burger, list of ingredients is ingredients is for the toppings
and directions on how to make the burger and how to assemble the burger.
Not only is hamburger used but other forms of meats and poultry.
There are no pictures.
There is no nutritional information.

There are a good range of different recipes with everything from lunch to dinner so you should find something for even the fussiest of eaters. These are far easier to pull off than a lot of regular cook books.
We found the essential list of basic ingredients etc to keep in your cupboard to be really useful - and the majority of recipes use these - minimising the amount of waste.
The one downside we found was that the measurements etc were all to in American standards - but it’s relatively simple to convert to U.K.
As a free download (at time of writing) you can’t go wrong.
