I didn't preview it, thinking that it was cheap enough to buy it directly. What a waste! The book is completely useless, because there is no easy way to access the information in it. No table of contents; the book is assembled alphabetically by recipe, not by ingredients; no index. If you want to find, say, recipes for chicken, the only thing you can do is search on "chicken." That will produce 70+ pages of references to the word chicken. Since many of those will be "chicken stock," you'll be no closer than before you started.
There are abundant typos, and the author's comments are fairly amateurish. There are references to other books, making me wonder if some of the recipes were "lifted" from elsewhere.
You won't learn anything from this book; look elsewhere!
