My 10 pound maltipoo wears a medium in this brand and it fits him perfectly. This item is so soft and cozy feeling and the quality is obvious. Perhaps just one word of caution... if you have a dog with a thicker neck or larger head, be aware that the neck opening has minimal stretch. The turtle neck itself is a collar that may be left open and turned down or fastened up closed as a turtle neck, however, at it's base, where the collar attaches to the body of the garment, it has very little stretch and is a bit tricky to get over my little guys head. I advice that you look at the measurement guidelines for the neck size carefully prior to ordering. This is my favorite item so far from Fitwarm. It's my favorite brand and I have ordered several garments for my dog and love them all.

I’d have to say that their measurements are not accurate, I measured my Lhasa Apso exactly as they said to do, choosing accordingly to the size and sweater. When I received it the sweater has snaps on the collar underneath the neck I had to un snap everyone of them and the neck opening was still tight to the point she coughed. I think if I go up in size it will be to long!
So really not impressed!
