Recipes have uncommon ingredients.
Beers used are better off drank than wasted in food recipes in my opinion.
"The Bartenders Beer Cookbook" is still the best cooking with beer book an the market.
Written by/for English style recipes (should have known from the price on the back cover in pounds).
Recipes are complex and for elegant meals, not for cooks who like to have food in less than a half hour.
If you want a great higher end American cooking with beer book, opt for "The Best of American Beer and Food: Pairing & Cooking with Craft Beer"
