About the authors
Was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved with her family to Athens, Greece when she was 10. Pam returned to Boston for college, earning a degree in Graphic design. Pam’s love of cooking ran so deep that she decided to go back to school where she earned a second degree in Culinary Arts.
She has worked at various food establishments around Boston, wrote a column on a Greek cooking blog and taught Greek cooking classes for several years. Having moved back and forth between Boston and Athens, Pemi has now settled in Athens Greece with her husband and son.

I've only had the book 2 days but already made the bifteki and macaronia with kima recipes and they did not disappoint. The flavor profile is excellent and brings me right back to my grandmother's dinner table.
The most mind-blowing part for me is the fact that I went to the worldwidegreeks forum and asked a question about the bifteki recipe that I was unclear about. I wasn't expecting much but chef Pemi ACTUALLY RESPONDED and helped me. Thank you chef Pemi! I can't wait to tackle moussaka....expect some more questions from me:)
