The strawberry extract is great. I would give it 5 stars but the bottle it came in does not pour well. It's not an inexpensive product and the goal is to pour small amounts at a time. But when you try to pour it slowly it runs down the side of the bottle. I end up wasting 1/4 tsp every time I pour out a teaspoon.
