First I purchased this case open box from AVGPC. They are good guys with excellent customer support. This is my second purchase from them.
Only 3 issues with this case. Would not call them major, but more annoying to get past.
#1. there is not much space at the top. I installed a Vetroo V240 240 mm AIO on the top in exhaust mode.
VERY little clearance space with the MSI MAG B660M Mortar WiFi installed. One of the AIO fans covers all the DIMM ejector tabs. You can still wiggle your fingers to mess with the tabs, but if you are going to install or remove memory you probably have to unscrew one of the AIO fans to do it!
#2 The front case fan has pre-cut spots to install 3 x 120mm fans. The bottom front case fan falls into bottom PSU/drive cage area so it is very annoying to screw in the case fan into the mounts. Have to use a right angle screw driver or a socket to do this. VERY annoying.
#3 The case comes with 2 CoolerMaster branded fans 1 installed front middle and 1 in the back as exhaust, but they are nothing like what you would buy retail. (I have purchased several coolermaster fans) They are very poor quality. They make a faint humming noise and they are NOT RGB. They are also only 3 pins so no PWM or fan speed control. For that matter the front fan comes with a 3 fan connector splitter, but it connects to power via Molex!?!?!?
Oddly enough I replaced them with proper retail CoolerMaster RGB fans and had to purchase a separate 3 way fan splitter.
Case performs very well in terms of thermals. better than all the other builds I have in done in my life. (Over a dozen or so) With a top exhaust 240mm AIO radiator and 3 front case fans and 1 rear exhaust fan, the rtx 3080 and I7 12700kf runs very cool under full game load. The case is surprisingly quiet with 6 x 120mm fans in total. It looks great with very good cable management.
Very happy with the final build!!

Some tight space for PSU cables, which have to be bent/squeezed by the 3.5" rack wall, which is removable or swivelable by removing 4 or 2 screws respectively. PSU was somewhat annoying to place and route cables for. I'd recommend L shaped SATA connectors, otherwise they'll point straight out towards the removable case wall and will get squeezed or require very harsh bends. My L SATA cable connectors point downward, which was fine for top drive I have installed, but the bottom one, which is in the 3rd slot (for the sake of an air pocket between them), required me to bend it backwards and up to connect to the motherboard. I'm not sure if they sell reversed cables, or maybe builders can flip over the HDDs? I have no idea. Don't want to bother trying since the system is running just fine.
As noted by others, the bottom filter for the PSU is super cheap and not reinforced by a frame, like the top filter. It's just a wobbly and deformed piece of thin metal, which required me to bend it somewhat flatter, but I couldn't quite get it completely flat due to some inherent elasticity of the metal. It's held in place with 6 or so small "teeth" around the edges. No wonder there's no ad photos of it.
Front panel does feel flimsy, but it's doing fine blocking dust, since it seems to be collecting on its surface right in front of the fans, particularly the top one, which is easily wiped off with a microfibre cloth.
This is my first tempered glass case and I predictably dislike the glass. It adds a lot of weight for not a lot of function, but this case is as cheap as I've seen for mostly everything I need otherwise.
There is no ODD slot in the case I received, which is honestly disappointing. Had to reroute a loose power cable and let it rest in the empty space beside the 3.5" rack, which is where most of your loose cabling will go, in case I need to plug one in and place on top of the shroud. The shroud is unremovable, as far as I could tell.
The size is a little too big both width and length wise (too much space between front and motherboard especially), and seemingly a little too small height wise, whereby an ATX board will be right up against the shroud's top surface. This makes plugging in anything at the edge of the motherboard a bit annoying.
Decent case overall despite these complaints, especially for $68. CPU temps are down 7 degrees, but my very old case was absolute garbage for airflow.
This NR 600 case can hold five 2.5" and four 2.5" drives. Except for the three stacked 3.5" drive bays that have tool-less brackets, the other locations have rubber grommets that accept pins that are finger-tightened into the bottom of each drive then merely press the drive into the grommets. Gravity holds the drives in place.
I used a CM Hyper 212 CPU cooler (no liquid cooler used) so lots of space.
A set of plastic pins are included to make the bottom front fan easy to install with no tools.
No USB-C port however, but one can be easily mounted in the top of the case in the depressed fan mount hole.
Pros:
- Simple yet very functional design. It's not plain Jane nor is it over the top gamer style with dragon decals and odd polygons.
- Great airflow. Running a Ryzen 5 5600x with Arctic MX-4 and Noctua NH-U12S and MSI RTX 3060 Ventus 3x. CPU idles around 30-35C, 50-60C while under load playing Lost Ark at 1080p at Max settings. GPU runs at 61C and below.
- Easy to build in, ample space for almost every component. I had to plug in the power cords then install the PSU (RM850x) because of the hard drive cage. However, once in, there is no strain on the power cords.
- After a month of use, I do not see any dust build up so far.
Cons:
- QC tolerances could be better. The tempered glass protrudes slightly on the top right corner. Small gap on the top, non removable panel, toward the rear of the case.
Overall, would recommend. I do not see myself changing cases in a long time, if ever.
