I tried drying tomatoes on parchment paper but they took too long since they say on their juice. I was drying cherry tomatoes so put these on top of each other and offset the top one to make the openings smaller - cherry tomatoes dry really small!

They worked great and went through the dishwasher fine. They're reasonably sturdy but I'm not getting rid of my heavy duty racks.

Bottom line, great for the price, worked well, would buy again
