Unless I missed it, I couldn’t find an expiration date anywhere. I’m not sure if this is how it is supposed to come, being that this is my first time, ordering maple sugar, but it had large and small lumps on the inside where I had to break the sugar up with my hands and I used a rolling pin over the bag

We love to use maple sugar for so many things in our home. Ranging from oatmeal, to in our bbq rubs and sauces or to bake with, this is a sugar that is SO versatile. The flavor is delicious and has a great maple taste. The grains of the sugar are what you would expect, with no rock solid chunks (some brands we have tried were really dangerous to your teeth). It mixes well into any recipe or food item that you use it on. Overall I am happy with my purchase and look forward to buying again.
