On the fence with this pillow:
Pros: - good travel size with a useful travel "case"
- good fit to accommodate CPAP accessories
- made in the USA, seems to have good workmanship
Cons: - too high, too much loft at 4 inches (I elevate the head of my bed, so this is too thick for home use and puts my neck in a very uncomfortable position--it may work better for a flat bed when I travel, but I may have to return this product)
- too firm (this would not be the case if it were thinner, maybe 2 inches' loft)
After much research, I thought this would be the pillow for me and my CPAP, but it's too thick and firm in its current configuration. If it were available in a thinner (maybe 2 inches) and softer version, it would be perfect. Alternatively, add a zipper, so the customer can remove fill to accommodate personal comfort preferences.
