Love these plates! The blues are little more muted (in the shades of denim color family) than we thought they were going to be. Thought they were more vibrant but we still love them. Just grateful we weren’t trying to match them to anything. They are much lighter weight than the stoneware we had been using and take up a lot less space in the cabinet.

We’ve been using them for several months now and so far, we have not seen a single scratch despite many meals with forks and knifes that would’ve definitely left marks on our old dinnerware.

Love the plates and design. We moved into a new home and wanted to get new plates that weren't damaged from the move. Unfortunately, Corelle seems to pack 3 plates and then a cardboard spacer, 3 more plate, a spacer, then 3 small plates, etc etc. The bottom stack of plates had 1 plate with almost a straight edge and then a chunk missing and the Corelle box had two small chunks inside. Not sure if it was damaged previous to boxing, during shipping, or both! We ended up requesting a replacement box so hopefully the next one is intact, but at least the process to request a replacement was very easy through Amazon.

Everyone around me were buying corelle and I was sceptical, but the price was good, so I bought this set. It is really light weight, which makes handling it easy. But it doesn't feel flimsy. The package arrived with the plates shattered, so it can be broken.. But Amazon replaced the set and it arrived intact the second time around. We really enjoy using it.
The pattern is blue-grey (I thought it would be more purplish from the pictures), and is really nice.

Cuando era una niña tuvimos una vajilla Corelle. Andábamos de compras con mi madre y hermanas y de repente nos topamos con un vendedor de Corelle. Recuerdo que el vendedor nos habló de su durabilidad y tomando un plato lo azotó repetidas veces contra una columna de la tienda haciendo reverendo estruendo. La gente al rededor se quedó observando boquiabierta, mis hermanas y yo nos llevamos las manos a la boca completamente convencidas de que el plato estallaría hecho añicos por doquier, sin embargo, el plato no se rompió, ni siquiera se rayó. El vendedor entonces tomó una taza y la azotó de la misma manera que lo había hecho con el plato, reiterando la promesa de durabilidad de la vajilla. La taza sobrevivió el ataque como si nada hubiera pasado y mi madre, ni tarda ni perezosa decidió comprar la vajilla. Esa vajilla duró con nosotros toda mi infancia, me atrevo a decir que es más factible que hayamos perdido platos y tazas entre mudanzas a que se hayan roto.

Es verdad, la vajilla no es barata, y por lo mismo no había comprado ninguna a pesar de que ya tengo varios años viviendo sola lejos de casa, sin embargo, a cada plato o taza rota en mi vida adulta, recuerdo con mucho afecto la hermosa vajilla que sobrevivió maltratos y abusos a manos de niños descuidados, teniendo siempre la marca presente.

Finalmente, decidí regalarme una vajilla. busqué y busqué, elegí con cuidado el color, el diseño y me emocioné como niña chiquita cuando la recibí al día siguiente. La vajilla es hermosa, es ligera y el diseño me hace sentir como toda una bohemia.

Reconozco un tanto avergonzada que tomé un plato de sopa y lo azoté contra la encimera, y como era de esperar, el plato sobrevivió los golpes. These arrived from Pennsylvania, solidly boxed and unbroken. But three of the six large plates were plain white. Everything else was the correct Indigo "spatter pattern" which is what we ordered. Returning this is not worth the effort, but I have to wonder how common this issue is. Otherwise, they are everything that Corelle claims they are.
