Corelle is lightweight and thin; allowing me to keep all my Corelle, since I moved and now have very small kitchen cupboards. I broke this piece last week & was really missing it; because I eat my dinner in front of the tv & now I have to balance my flat dinner plate.

I originally purchased this piece for my husband, who loved to pile on the syrup, when eating his french toast, waffles & pancakes. This piece was a carpet saver; it immediately ended the spilled syrup stains.

Happy; the white corelle always looks great with my good white china on holidays, my white turkey platter, white gravy bowls & larger white serving bowls on Christmas Day; all sitting on my red tablecloth; makes it so clean looking & festive. If someone drops a plate; it’s messy; but rarely breaks. I think that I have seen 3 corelle breaks in 50 years. This plain winter-white corelle salad-pasta-french toast plate/bowl is a sure winner! Really happy to have 6 now; instead of only 1 salad-pasta bowl. Thank you, Corelle! :)

They look good, they're strong and crack-resistant. I can't tell you how many times they've hit the floor (no carpet) in my house. And most of the time, they don't break.

I can't believe how much I use these! My go-to every time. I grew up with Winter White Corelle dish sets and my family swears by them. Never goes out of style nor a pattern to find and replace broken ones. Mom has had her corelle for 40 years! I plan to order the entire serving set once I find a good deal. Good riddance to my Pampered Chef chipping stoneware. Anyway, just my thoughts.

These are so much better than plates! I liked them so much that I bought another set. These are great when you are eating your dinner in front of the tv. They also come in handy to serve food to my son who is recovering from surgery and eats in his bed. They are not thick and bulky like the heavy ceramic pasta bowls. And of course, it's very hard to break Corelle...unlike Ceramic which is down right dangerous when they break (I ended up with stitches from a broken ceramic bowl in the dishpan.). I could see these replacing plates for children or those with disabilities as well...less mess b/c it's harder to loose food off the edges and it's easier to trap the food onto a utensil. I think these bowls are the wave of the future.

Not real Corelle! This is a pic of my real corelle pasta dishes next to the fake. The logo is different, the verbiage is different. 2 came broken. Corelle is chip and break resistant. Packaged poorly not like real Corelle. You can feel the weight difference. Terrible don’t buy it!

Am replacing my original set, bought in the USA 40 years ago, because over the years pieces have been lost/ left behind in moves etc - but I still have and use a lot of it on a daily basis. I had no hesitation on replacing with Corelle ware, and these pasta bowls are perfect for contemporary eating (use for stir frys, salads etc as well as pasta dishes). Use daily, chuck it in the dishwasher, no chipping or signs of wear.
