The product is great and I love it however the package was poorly wrapped and boxed and the handles were broken off when it arrived. Will not order glass/ceramic/or breakables again. This is the second dish with handles I've ordered and arrived broken. Pretty sure it is the fault of warehouse handling.

Beware of size description
Looks like a good quality dish but the size in the description is incorrect. It states 16”x10.5”x3.5” but in reality (and on the packaging) it is 9.3”x13.3”x1.78”.
