Now I can't even get the squeezable bottles since I live in the Bay Area, and am ecstatic to have found it!
Cajeta is delicious- by the spoonful straight out of the jar, or spread on french bread or the traditional Mexican bolillo (these were always a dessert treat growing up). Also, many make sandwiches out of Cajeta and butter- much the way nutella gets made into a sandwich. Great treat for the kids!

I enjoy goat cheese, but this goat's milk caramel has "goaty" aftertaste that can't be ignored.I suppose it would be fine for someone not raised on cow milk.Published 13 months ago by Linda Noble
Can't get this anywhere locally. There IS a difference with cajeta made with cow's milk. This is the real deal, cajeta made from goat's milk.Published 23 months ago by aepj
Great for a special craving. Ideal ice-cream topping, with cookies, fruit, crepes, flan and many other desserts and sweets. Yummy.Published on May 13, 2013 by pure_lunacy
