I had a bad bunion on my right foot for years. Over the last year, the pain has been so bad at night sometimes from long days of walking that I can't sleep. This sleeve fits snug but not too tight and is so far the most comfortable corrector I have purchased. Most others are too tight and make my feet hurt because they swell, I usually end up taking them off in the middle of the night. It may not pull my toe all the way over but it defiantly puts space between my big toe and second toe and I will be able to wear these to bed comfortably. Without socks the sleeve stays in place and does not slide around.
