Superior cooling performance and LED illumination
Corsair Air Series LED high airflow PC case fans combine efficient, low-noise airflow with striking LED lighting. The custom-molded blades are designed for high-volume air delivery with less noise and turbulence than typical case fans. They’re translucent, with a frosted texture, so the light from the four LEDs adds a dramatic effect.
Tuned for high-airflow, large volume cooling
Air Series AF fan models perform best in unrestricted spaces with at least 3cm of clearance, and they’re ideal for mounting at the rear or top of your PC case as exhaust fans for your PC’s motherboard and CPU, graphics accelerators, and other components that fill the case with heat. They work equally well as unrestricted intake fans for areas like side panels or bottom intakes.
For high restriction areas like hard drive cages or in other tight spaces where there’s less air volume, check out our Air Series SP models of high static pressure fans.
Better performance than standard case fans
Air Series AF fan models are designed to outperform standard case fans. The blades are custom-molded for optimal airflow, and they’re ultra-thin for less noise and turbulence. The sleeved bearing system reduces vibration for quiet operation.

(Beware of Seller changes, that's when you can get burned!!!)
:: PROS ::
1.) True RED LED, not pink or orange.
2.) They are quiet but have good air flow.
3.) Using them as my MAIN front fans...the BLACK frame with the red looks sick!
4.) I bought 2 packs of 2, used them for 2 mid-tower builds, excellent & quiet.
:: CONS ::
1.) My Antec TriCools had speed settings H,M,L - I miss those options somewhat.
2.) My Antec TriCools pull/Push more air, but they are noisier at the H setting (High).
:: OVERALL :: First time using Corsair FANS, I will buy more! I would still buy Antecs for internals and back of case fans. CORSAIRS with the BLACK frame always get the front intakes, they look epic, much better then the Antec TriCools.
Otherwise, the fan seems well designed, attractive when running inside a blackened interior and is very quiet. I have 3 of them running in a compact case and there's good air flow. I can hear them rev up somewhat when there's a 'load' on the processor, but since I'm not over-clocking the system it's not a real issue. Would recommend these as a alternate replacement to stock fans.
They're pretty solid and look excellent in my CM Storm Trooper. They're definitely quieter and push more air than the stock fans I had in my system.
Note: I've also purchased two sets of Blue for an Antec Eleven Hundred case and they were excellent!
The only negative I can see with these is that at lower speeds using my fan controller they flicker, similar to the strobing of a strobe light.
Regardless, I like them and would buy them again for sure.
I went ahead and got 4 of these since they're from a very recognizable brand and had really good reviews. Many people said they were quiet which is a plus. (hey, they're even the "quiet edition" so they better be). However, when I installed them and gave it a shot, they were louder than I anticipated. I have a fan controller which has 3 speeds and having these bad boys on full speed makes my pc sound like a jet. Not an American Airlines commercial plane, but a small Jet Blue jet. I always game with headphones on so it does not bother me. Also, when I'm browsing the internet and working, I just put them on low speed and that's when they really shine. You can't hear them as they do their work.
Keep in mind, maybe they sound a little loud to me since I was used to not hearing my pc at all since I only had an intake and an exhaust fan from NZXT that did a fantastic job and where very quiet even at full speeds.
Overall though, they're worth your money. I'll be buying one more since I have another space for a fan and I want more color!
