I've had this chair for eight months. It replaced a 15 year old generic high back office char. This chair is used about 10 hours a day. This chair has taken inspiration from racing seats. Racing seats aren't wide puffy pillows. They are firm. They hold you in place. They are not adjustable. This chair comes close, but it is not a race seat, which is a good thing. Almost everything on this chair is adjustable, sans lumbar. It is heavy duty. I'm not a small guy - my lats are wider than my waist so it is snug across my back, but it is NOT uncomfortable. The armrests are a little on the hard side - and wobbly, but so are the ones on my $1200 Herman Miller Aeron. The armrest shape could be more organic shaped rather than boxy to better match the rest of the chair.
The crowned rubber wheels on the bearing swivel casters enable the chair to effortlessly glide on smooth floors but tend to dig in on pile carpet. It is a heavy chair and maneuvering on pile carpet can be a chore. People loosing bearings seem to have chairs on carpet.
The chair's wheels lost a few caster bearings. Corsair replaced all five casters two days after notification. The new casters have a much thicker top bearing race. After four months of running this chair on heavy carpet, no loose bearings! Some are pulling the kid card and claim the bearings are a "small children and pets" choke/safety hazard. This is uber extreme. These bearings are maybe 5/32". I can tell you, as a kid I swallowed a 1/4 ball bearing. Easy down, easy out.

Now the downsides:
1. The casters are really nice. They looks like those soft indoor rollerblade wheels. The problem is that it isn't that great moving on carpet. Not a huge issue since the chair doesn't really need to move except when I'm cleaning but it feels like the wheels aren't really moving and I'm just dragging the chair.
2. My right arm rest and about 10 degrees off. It annoys me. The left side is fine but the right side is off and there's no way to fix it from pointing inwards since it's where the drilled the holes underneath. I don't notice it when I use it but it's just annoying to look at.
3. The armrests are incredibility uncomfortable. There appears to be some padding but it's very thin and hard as a rock. I just took this for granted on other chairs. I bought some armrest covers here on Amazon and it makes it way better. No idea such a thing existed but this chair gives them a market. I feel like I shouldn't have to buy this though. This is a first I ever had to do this for a chair.
So-so things
The lumbar support rest great the first day but I took it off after that. It was pretty annoying. I'm sure I may use it at some point and I'm glad it's there but it just wasn't comfortable for me to leave on all the time. This may be a personal preference thing but my S.O. was also not a fan.
Would I buy it again? Yes, I think so. I would like them to address the armrest issues though. I feel like the 3/5 is a reasonable review. I like the chair but it has some room for improvement, more so due to the price bracket of this chain being over the cheap junk that's sold.
Edit: 10/21/2020
I'm going to bump this up another star. This chair has been pretty good this past year. It is build very solid and I recently had a back injury and while I found the lumbar cushions annoying at first (and this removed them), they helped a lot while I was in recovery mode and having to work from home. I'd like to give it 5 stars but the off centered arm rests and needing to buy arm covers still knocks it down a star.
Pros: Comfortable to sit in especially after several hours. Chair seems to be very good material and quality. Everything seems to function exactly as intended. Arm rests are maneuverable and has multiple functions.
Cons: The way the seat is designed is for smaller frame figures. I’m 5’11” and only 175lbs and this chair is very snug on my sides. It also sits in a very interesting way that after a few hours will start to cramp the top of my stomach. I’m not sure what it is but it almost feels as if I’m doing sit ups and my upper abs are burning. Very strange.
I would still recommend this chair if you have a limited budget. If you can afford a more expensive chair, go for secret lab or dxracer.

GRACIAS.

Assembly was pretty easy apart from attaching the back to the base... Was just a little tricky to line up the screws when assembling on my own. Would be easier with two people, but still tricky to get the screws in.
Comfort and adjustability... The seat has adequate height adjustment for me ( 5'11 ) and supports my weight without issues ( I'm around 230 pounds on a good day ! ). The level of adjustment for reclining is excellent, and each position feels secure. It will virtually lay back if you so desired. I actually use a memory phone seat cushion in combination with the chair as I am an older geezer with too many years of sitting at a desk under my belt... The seat itself is comfy enough, but the PU leather caused me to get a little too hot when it is warm ( leather would do the same tbh… ). The additional neck and lumbar supports are a mixed bag. For me personally, the lumbar support is too big and too hard so I don't use it. Strangely, the neck support is actually the perfect size to fit in the small of your back for additional lumbar support which is how I use it.
The back of this chair, being a racing seat type, is designed to be supportive and wrap round your upper torso and shoulders. Something I have recently realised is that I have big ( wide ) shoulders ( or I am a normal guy rather than the skinny fit, narrow shoulder type so beloved of fashion these days ). What that means is that there is a definite forwards pressure on the upper shoulders which some people might not like, especially if you're a larger build than me. It also means that were I using it for a work chair where health and safety regulations regarding posture and correct seating position come into play, I would deem it not suitable for some people.
It has arm rests which adjust forwards and in/outwards. Functional, but not the best part of the chair though I will cover this in the section on build quality.
Build Quality - Overall, seems like the usual quality from Corsair... With a couple of caveats which I will put down to this being a new arena for the company.
Arm rests... Cheap, plasticky and not padded at all, to the point where they aren't actually pleasant to rest your arms on. They wobble like crazy which adds to the feel that they were either trying to keep the cost down or just didn't consider them important.
Castors... Initially I was blown away. Free movement, easy rolling on carpet or hard floor. Then I noticed that ball bearings were falling out of one or two of them. Now, six months in there are barely any left in a couple of the wheels. they also are heavily greased meaning that if you lose them on a light coloured carpet it will stain. Maybe this wouldn't happen for a smaller / lighter user, but it shouldn't happen at all. From reading the questions from other users, at least one other person has had this issue. Rather than going through the pain of returning it for now, I am going to try a new set of wheels but if they do the same ( pretty much all blade castors seem like the come out of the same factory in China there is so little to distinguish them ! ) then I will be returning it.
That might all sound a little negative, but I have found it to be pretty comfy in my experience. I am just trying to give some pointers and a warts and all review to anyone who might be looking at buying. Certainly for larger people, I might be tempted to look elsewhere were I to buy again. The problem is, it's hard to find somewhere to test chairs properly. I would love to road test a secretlabs chair, but they aren't available in shops as far as I know...
MS.
