UPDATE 3/19/2017: The LED function of these DRAM has improved a bit with Corsair's recent release of their updated LINK software. Now at least I can get both sticks to stay lit permanently and can adjust the brightness when they are constantly "on". But when blinking, each stick still has its own frequency and there is no apparent way to coordinate them.
UPDATE 3/30/2017: A new LINK software update was just issued and it finally works as advertised. The rating is upgraded to five stars. The new software is a bit cumbersome, but it does effectively allow the blinking LEDs to be coordinated. You can even adjust the speed of the blink and the interval by which the grouped LEDs are offset. I really like this now.
For those who just cannot get enough LEDs crammed into their system, these are the perfect choice. The LED maintains a solid color red for a few seconds before quickly fading off then back on. Unfortunately, this odd blinking pattern doesn't exactly lineup between the two sticks, so one stick is always a tenth of a second faster than the other. Regardless, the lighting effect is still a nice touch and compliments my red and black build nicely. Beyond this, though, they perform exactly like any other 16GB 3200Mhz two stick RAM set would. My only serious issue with this RAM, the reason behind my single star deduction, is that the heat spreader/metal sheath surround the RAM stick's PCB is rather loose. It isn't enough to the point that it risks falling off when I move my desktop, but it is noticeable when I reseat my RAM sticks. It isn't a big enough deal to warrant a RMA, but if it gets any worse I may reconsider that. All in all, this is a nice looking and well performing pair of RAM, albeit with a slight premium for the added LED lighting. One thing to keep in mind is that this is not Corsair's LPX (low profile) RAM, so make sure you have enough CPU cooler clearance before purchasing these.
Tl;dr The lighting sequence is slightly off and the heat spreader is a tad bit too loose, but the overall aesthetic and LED lighting effects of this RAM ultimately win me over. Please check if you have enough CPU cooler clearance before purchasing these.
I was not paid, gifted, discounted, or otherwise influenced in my review for this product; this opinion is my own.
The SPD timings only come with 2133 Mhz and 3466 Mhz XMP options, so if you have trouble running them at the "stock" overclocked speed, which can be a thing when overclocking Kaby Lake CPUs you'll need to look up timings for 3000/3200 Mhz etc to find appropriate ones and set them manually. I didn't have any problem running them at 3466 with my CPU and board though, so it wasn't an issue for me.
The LEDs do actually look white, not a blue or green off white like some White LEDs have a tendency to do (or pink in the case of Red LEDs). And they're not RGB, so they'll only do White. The Aura software with from ASUS turns them off, but firing up Corsair Link gets them going again. I also have a Corsair H115i AIO CPU water cooler with an RGB LED on the top. The LEDs have a "frosted" sort of finish, so my CPU+RAM area of the board and case LEDs (Corsair 750D Airflow) are white with my motherboard, graphics card, and 400mm Phantek LED strips plugged into the motherboard have are set to red giving me an overall aesthetic I'm pleased with.
Although they weren't on the ASUS PRIME Z270-A's approved list they do work with the XMP settings without issue and provide higher bandwidth in synthetic tests than quad channel DDR-1600 Mhz, so the performance is good. I'm pleased with them.

I am going to try tweaking the timings to see if I can get it to run at the stated speed, but I am happy enough with this. I am hoping to add another couple of sticks soon.
<Update>I was able to get the RAM running at a stable 3200 without too much work. However... I have now added a second identical set to get to 64G and I am back to running at 3066MHz for now (the PC failed to POST with the newly added RAM). Leaving the voltage on Automatic I see the board is running it at a shade above the specified 1.35V.
The 2x16 two kits happily work as Quad channel, which is what I had hoped would be the case.
The increase to 64G does seem to be noticeable for my work editing greenscreen 4K (GH5/A7SII) footage within Premiere, which was a bit of a surprise. I still have four slots fee but I think it will be a while before they get filled. All round I am very pleased with this. I only bought the white LED version because it was the cheapest variant. But it is pretty.
It uses single-rank Hynix A-die chips. A kit with Samsung B-dies will definitely be better, but at the time of writing these were selling for around 70% more than this. Given that the benefits to Ryzen speed start tailing off at 2933 and rapidly diminish from 3200 on you'd be spending a lot more to not really get that much. If you're an enthusiast with money to burn you can skip this kit, but if you're looking for decent performance without spending a fortune it seems to be a decent choice. Right now the version without the LEDs (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15) is around the same price as this, though prices fluctuate and it has been a bit cheaper in the past.
