From the manufacturer
Self-contained cooling system
Serious liquid cooling for high-performance CPUs no longer means dealing with complex plumbing. Hydro Series H60 comes pre-filled, and never needs refilling or priming.
Tool-free magnetic multiplatform mounting bracket kit
The modular design makes installation simpler, and it's compatible with Intel and AMD processors.
Large-diameter, low permeability tooling
Minimal coolant evaporation helps ensure long life, and the flexible design gives you better leak protection and makes installation easier in tight spaces.
Copper cold plate with pre-applied thermal compound
Copper has better thermal conductivity for more efficient heat transfer to the manifold. Pre-applied thermal compound lets you save a potentially messy installation step.

This unit comes with all the parts needed to fit an intel or an AMD system.
The software is super straight with options for both celsius and fahrenheit.
The Bad: Almost nothing... Installation is not noob friendly.
The weird: There are so many iterations of this single radiator cooler. the H75, the h55 the h60.. so confusing.
Anyhow, considering my experience with Corsair's RAM (it sucks, in my book), I wasn't too confident that it would be anything quality, but it feels solid, definitely has water in it, and definitely does the job. I'm impressed.
I will say that they need some improvement with their support - I tried to find out if orientation matters and the tech seemed to just give a response "the pump makes the water go around", without any regard to explaining which direction the water flows or anything like that.
One minor note, I did bump the clock up to 3800 and run one 15m test, and it got only slightly hotter than stock. Again, it seems to soak up the heat and dissipate it pretty well. Would be concerned over the long haul as I figure that at some point there would be a crossing where the ability of the radiator/fan being able to cool the water sufficiently to counteract the thermal input from the CPU...crossed with the ambient temp in the case/room...no replacement for displacement...works with water too...lol
My case (a corsair 100R) was not that much fun to install this very thick dual fan heat exchanger on, but after looking at how other people had managed it I figured things out. I wish the fans and exchanger weren't just a few microns about the pump and heatsink assembly on the CPU but it is what it is. In a case with different board layout or more space this would have been a simple and VERY potent install.
My computer specs in case you're wondering:
Corsair 100R case
Corasir HX750 power supply
MSI Z97 board
Corsair Hydro Series H80i v2 Extreme
32gb Kingston hyper X RAM
4x SSDs (2x240gb, 1x 480, 1x750)
1xHDD (4gb hybrid)
MSI GTX 1070 founder's edition
Sceptre 49" 4K screen
LG 22" 1080 screen
Installation was a breeze, pretty much bullet proof. Take your time, study the install directions. Results were very good. Previously, without over clocking the cpu, the temps were getting up to 175 degrees when gaming, now it games at 130 degrees and it is over clocked by 35 percent more. Wasn't planning on buying a water cooled cpu cooler, but the price was competitive with high end cpu coolers. Happy with the purchase.
Follow up. After a couple of weeks, it idles at 98 degrees F and games at 120 degrees F. With my old cpu cooler it idled at 120 degrees and gamed at 170 degrees up to 180 degrees.
The solution is: start into ASUS Bios; In the Q-Fan control, set the control mode from PWN to DC FOR CPU fan, then optimize. You are set. The fan never even bother to spin afterwards, as the AVERAGE CPU temperature never goes over 40 centigrade for normal use.
Can Corsair people confirm if this is correct? If in future upon heavy loads, the fans turn noisy/LOUD, can we change the fans to other vendors' quiet ones? Will that still work? Thanks!
To new buyers: you don't need to buy additional thermo-paste as I did, as it comes with it !
