I can say that if you currently are using a membrane keyboard and are on the fence about spending the money to switch to a mechanical this one is the one to start off with.
The one "oddity" is the windows key is not where it would be on a standard keyboard. It is replaced with a function key but honestly in a lot of games that is not a bad thing since hitting it will not drop you to the desktop with the windows menu open and the function key only works with the F1 through F12 keys so tapping it while gaming won't cause odd things to happen. It will take a little to get used to if you often use the windows key to do things but once you do it will not be an issue.
The one thing I wish it had was a USB hub and a second cable to plug it in with or a USB3 connection so that I could plug my mouse directly in to it. I had a keyboard once with that ability and since I do not use a desk to do things it made it MUCH more convenient. There are some keyboards out there with that functionality but they are also back lit and as they report their power usage as the max even with the back light off you can not plug a thing into the USB hub and have it work as the system will report that there is not enough power available so two USB plugs or USB 3 which supplies more power would be required. IMHO that would make this keyboard awesome.
