Could I put a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480 in it?

You can install any vid card you want, but they are wattage hogs. I strongly suggest that a psu bronze (bronze cpu's are highly efficent and generate lower heat)500w minimum prior to installing a vid card. If the psu cannot safely provide a high wattage vid, it will result in higher temps and either greatly decrease the computers components life span or result perhaps a fire. Consider this anology: Placing a 400w light bulb into a lamp rated for 60w. The wattage draw exceeds the wiring rating of the lamp resultant in lamp failure and potential fire from overheated wiring.
