Cowboy Jackpot: Christmas (Volume 1) Paperback – November 19, 2012
5 STARS - What an awesome fun and hot Christmas read kept me glued to the pages. The characters chemistry was addicting as it blazed off the page in this fast pace novella. I literally didn't want the story to end. Gigi and Boone were the perfect match for each other, their erotic love scenes were beyond sizzling... it made me want to go to Vegas and ride a bull riding cowboy or take in a show of Thunder from Down Under - LOL The story is so cute and the ending will have you melting in awe and anxious to read the next book in the series Excellent Read! - Ronda at QueenTutt's World of Escapism
5 STARS - Cowboy Jackpot: Christmas is the first book in this new series by Randi Alexander and I loved it. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but only if you want it to. ... I really liked Gigi. She was funny and sweet. Boone seemed like a really stand-up guy. He was honest and displayed a lot of integrity. I felt that Randi did a really good job of showing Both Gigi and Boone's history and future plans and goals. A real accomplishment in such a short read. I'd love to find this Cowboy under my Christmas tree. - Tamara at Sizzling Hot Book Reviews
5 STARS -I'm usually not one for short stories but, I loved this book. Randi did an amazing job making the instant connection between Boone and Gigi believable. The love between Boone and Gigi is sweet with just the right amount of hot love scences in the mix. There is a hot bath tub scene that is a scorcher. Randi found just the right balance between sweet and sexy. Plus I connected with the characters so that I felt the emotional ups and downs right along with them. Not an easy thing to do in a short story, in my opinion. Bravo Randi!! Amy at Love Books! Book Reviews
NIGHT OWL TOP PICK REVIEW 4 1/2 STARS This quickie erotic tale ratchets up the heat with a tale that features a charismatic bull rider and a woman who is in Las Vegas to celebrate her birthday. This was a fun read and I look forward to more in the series. Read full review by ELF at Night Owl Reviews

Boone & Gigi
I've had this on my Kindle for months and it just appeared to get lost among the rest of my TBR books. Glad I finally got to it! No dark subjects to deal with here, just a hot and sexy lighthearted read that will leave you feeling content, pleased, and of course moist! LOL! There's no need to engage your anti-tramp filter here! This bunch of Cowboys and city gals will have you laughing, tingling with sexual tension, and maybe even shed an occasional tear!
I am in love with Boone. He's one of those guys that upon meeting, you just know he's going to steal your heart! He made me swoon over him almost immediately. Although he tried to live by his and the boys "Buckle Bunny" code, it didn't last too long, thank goodness!! Gigi and Kira were two gals I could see myself being friends with. They were down to earth, fun-loving, and open for whatever life threw at them! Now Dallas and Jayden, those two seem like they've been gigolos for like forever! Seems to me they don't know any other way to be with women, but we'll see if that changes in the next installments of this series!
At 106 (kindle version) pages long, this what just what the doctor orders! I was looking for something that wasn't too long, nor too short and carried the weight of a full length novel. This was it. It was easy to read and got right to the point. Crammed with so much emotion and sex appeal I was pleasantly surprised to find it had everything my heart desired! I'm onto the next one: Cowboy Jackpot Valentine's - which I believe it Dallas and Kira's story. Can't wait! 4.5 Stars!
Cowboy Jackpot: Christmas
Among the flashing lights and decadence that is Las Vegas, cowboy Boone Hancock has to decide exactly how lucky he really is when he meets New Yorker, Gieselle Colberg-Staub. These two characters are worlds apart, but when it comes to values and good hearts, they couldn't be better matched. The question is, will they realize that before both must leave their Christmas holiday in Sin City for their respective careers?
What is wonderful about this erotic is that in addition to the hot sex that Alexander is known for, she develops characters with depth that a reader can fall in love with. With a time frame of 24 hours, the physical attraction burns hot between "Gigi" and Boone and when they are given a suite with two separate bedrooms, there is no doubt that one of those rooms will be left unused. Whether it is on the bed or in the massive chacuzzi tub, this couple knows how to make the most of Sin City.
But Boone has a pact with his buddy Dallas, and when Gigi catches on, she is beyond heartbroken. Can Boone come to his senses in time, and even if he does could he repair the damage he's done to Gigi's heart? Among the Vegas lights and Christmas lights, both characters reveal their true feelings through small gifts. It is only through the magic of Christmas that true love can actually be found in Sin City.
I highly recommend this erotic romance for those who believe that love can happen anywhere.
Gieselle and her best friend Kira are in Vegas for the holidays and they meet three handsome cowboys on Christmas Eve in a casino. Boone, his best friend Dallas, and his younger brother Jayden are in the town for a rodeo competition, which Boone won first place in. When Boone offers Gigi one last dollar needed for a slot machine and pulls the lever for her, they win a $200,000 jackpot! Though Boone insists Gigi won fair and square, the casino says Boone legally won. While I don’t understand the rules behind this, Gigi and Boone decide to half the winnings. The romance blooms fast but it’s believable. Boone and Gigi fall hard for one another, but a few crude text messages later and Boone acting like a stupid guy ruins everything. Or does it?
The side characters were great. Kira is spunky and the perfect best friend. Dallas is hot and cocky. There’s definitely some sexual tension between them. Jayden’s book is number three but we don’t meet his love interest in this book.
There are a few loose ends regarding Kira's phone call and why she's mad at Dallas but, since their book is next, those answers should later be revealed.
Anyway, I enjoyed this story very much. It’s well-written in alternating POV with proper chapter and scene breaks. I definitely recommend it.
