The vendor I bought from, River Rocks, was very helpful.
My only (minor) complaint is that the included documentation is sufficient to get started but leaves a number of questions such as use and functions of the buttons. For example, I would have preferred to do the initial configuration using an ethernet port with the wireless off but didn't realize that was an option until after I was finished. All that said, this is a very good product.
Simple, simple setup with my Verizon Novatel Mifi 2200. The internet access on our Macs and other items seems much quicker than before.
I can connect my iMac via etherlink. And, best of all, I've only had to connect my iPad once. Previously, I was inputting the horrible 25-digit password for the mifi about three times a day.
Full signal throughout our house. Decent signal 40 feet from the router out in the middle of my yard on a get-back-to-the-city holiday (a concern when you have wireless and live near a getaway route).
Update: I upgraded the firmware and maxed out the security because someone/ something was downloading big things while we were at work. These operations were incredibly easy. I do not miss the bad old days with Linksys and HughesNet at all!
