The book gets a little detail weak on more advanced recipes. I could've done without the cider based mixed drink and menu items from the authors pub but some will want them.
Resources section short but of interest. Text lacks any listings for supplies beyond text mention of "your home brew store" and tips on finding apples.
Good book to add to your Cider collection, might be enough to go it alone with.
