And Man, does it hold!! Like No-bodies Business!!!
They say that it is "A High performance adhesive formulated especially to give a flexible water resistant bond to difficult to glue surfaces"
"Dries Fast and Clear."
"Adheres to plastics, metals, ceramics, vinyls, glass, painted and varnished surfaces, woods, fabrics, leather, paper and more."
Also usable as a Non Toxic Water Based Contact Cement for impermeable materials by coating both surfaces, allowing to go clear, and immediately pressing together"
I haven't done this yet, but I believe it based on everything else it has done!
"Replaces toxic glues, cements, and Hot glues"
Check! It has replaced a lot of these already in my work and play!
This glue has replaced my once favorite increasingly nearly impossible to find gel super glue, which really wasn't the best for paper, anyway....
I had another supposed 'wonder glue' that also dried crystal clear, and, as I has misplaced my 4oz bottle of Crafter's Pick, I figured this ought to work ok for what I was wanting to use it for- gluing little paper circles into bottlecaps to go under epoxy dots for necklaces.
I was a gluing Machine! Just one after another after another, just as I had done earlier with the Crafter's Pick.
I immediately noticed a difference, the Crafter's Pick grabbed those paper circles, and after just a few short seconds of positioning time, they were On there... woe to you if you accidentally took too much time and the clock caught you with it a bit off center, or worse, upside down... you would either have to discard it or pop another hole!
This is actually not a bad thing, just don't take your good time playing around with it, it gives you Placement time, just not Dawdle and Daydream time!
I mean, you don't want it sliding off center after you get it perfectly placed, do you?
But that was exactly what was happening with my other 'Wonder' glue. I 'Wondered' what was supposed to be so 'Wonderful' about it, Especially after they all dried up, and almost Each and Every One of the silly things just popped Right Out, with perfect little clear glue shapes dried to the exact conformation of the bottle cap they were Supposed to be attached to!
I have had Casting resin give me a harder time releasing from the Mold than this glue released from the bottlecap it was supposed to be adhering to! ..... hmmm... that gives me an idea what I might be able to use it for, since I certainly won't be using that terrible stuff for glue, not while I have my Crafter's Pick around!....lol but Anyway!
Imagine a superglue that has no bad smell, non toxic, won't stick your fingers (or any other body parts) together, soap and water clean up, basically looks and seems to behave like a white glue, but in reality, behaves like some of the Best super duper glue out there!
They make this amazing product right here in the USA, and the company that makes it, API (The Adhesive Products, Inc.) has been around since 1878, obviously enough time to really figure out how to do glue right.
After the bottlecap fiasco, not only did I find my 4oz bottle as fast as I possibly could, but I Immediately jumped on here and ordered this lovely 8oz bottle which is sitting right here beside me in such a friendly manner.
Do I Recommend you get this glue for most if not all of your adhering needs?
Why, yes, yes I do.
I Honestly believe you won't be Dissapointed. I'd be downright surprised if you were.
Not to mention Beadaholique got it to me in a nice, timely manner.
Yes, it's me and Crafter's Pick, Crafter's Pick and me, happy together... a match made in sticky glue heaven.
Crafter's Pick Glue- I'm stuck on You!
