seeks to help those managing through a financial crisis. It contains personal life lessons from my painful financial turmoil post-GFC.
Another inspiration was working in debt support at a neighbourhood centre, witnessing the problems around over-committing, lack of planning, unlucky with jobs, too much credit, and more. The relationship tips are from both experience and sound theory from my studies.
The book contains natural stress-relieving tips and proven research around overcoming depression. Positive psychology is more than just a few positive affirmations, it is a school of thought that helps in your life every day, if you use it.

Jennifer Lancaster is an Australian author who researches the best ways for everyday Mums and Dads to save, grow, and protect their money.
Her life has involved learning financial counselling, budgeting, and journalism. As well as life (ain't it grand?), volunteering in debt relief support and using positive psychology was a catalyst for her latest book. She also writes on marketing and likes nothing better than helping business-owning authors succeed.
