About the Author
When the author set out to create her own heirloom, she couldn't find any advice in print or online to help her put it together, so she wrote her own. Whipple is an at-home parent to a daughter with autism, a photographer and mixed-media artist, unrepentant nerd and lover of superheroines. She and her family live in northern Illinois with many books and action figures.
