Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book is 19-years-old, but the chapters provide good perspectives on organizational creativity. Cameron Ford is one of the leading researchers on organizational creativity, so it's good to listen to him. He is also a good writer. Although the books needs updating, it is still a good read.
