Loved the beginning of the book where Breidenbach gives the reader tips. My favorites are the following: Salts and their varieties---need to know about salts or food will be flavorless; Simple plan for Asian stir-fry and sauces---love this because having this information makes it easy to have take-out at home; Do the unthinkable-experiment---I adore this as I love to experiment in the kitchen. Also love the fact that each recipe in the book is classified if appopriate for IBD/Colitis, Celia, or for weight loss!
Recipes I will definitely be trying: Quick & Easy Egg Drop Soup, Easter Sonrise, Mexican Lasagna, Blooming Chicken Savories, Carmel Corn to name just a few.
Many great ideas that I'm sure to use multiple times!

There are several of these recipes that I would love to try out.
All the recipes really are simple and easy to prepare. Some of my favorites are the Beef Stroganoff and the Carmel Apple Crunchy. Both are quick to throw together, tasty and won’t break your budget. These are meals I can cook even after a long day at work. You don’t want to pass up this cookbook, totally worth picking up!

The meals are designed to be easily digestible, and some are suitable for Irritable Bowel Disorder, Colitis, Celiac or weight loss requirements.
I found the cooking tips at least as valuable as the specific recipes. For example, did you know you can substitute ground flax seed for some of the fat in muffins and cookies?
