(i mean, they really can only be decorative) I bought these ornaments to fill with the stars and give out as christmas gifts. For the most part I loved these ornament balls! They were the perfect size for the crafting activity I was doing with my students. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating was because 3 of the balls came with dents that couldn't be pushed out. If you needed exactly 25, I would recommend getting 2 boxes just to cover yourself in case any duds are in one box.
