These paired easily with my RTX Mini: Bluetooth Transmitter or Receiver. I keep them sitting on top of my headboard over my bed, so I can sit in bed and watch the TV that's way across my long room, without having to turn up the TV so loudly I wake the neighbors on the other side of the too-thin wall. I wanted a pair of real speakers that didn't involve batteries or usb recharging since these will be stationary and preferably maintenance free. These are great because I can plug them into the wall for power, and never deal with it again. I have no delay or desync with audio and it has some really nice quality sound. They really do rumble when a plane takes off or there's some kind of explosion or whatever in the movie.
My only complaint is that if I turn on the TV (and therefore the transmitter) first before turning on the speakers, they will sometimes lose their pairing. I can fix that by turning off the speakers and TV, then turning the speakers back on first. I dunno why this is, but it's annoying when I forget. I've just started leaving the speakers on even when not in use, and no more issues with that.
I do recommend these speakers.
