Directions

Use after your normal brushing and flossing routine; rinse toothpaste from mouth prior to use. Adults and children 6 years & older: Rinse for 30 seconds with 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) twice a day. Do not swallow. Children 6 years to under 12 years of age: supervise use. Children under 6 years of age: do not use.

Tiny little small micro mouthwash bottle ! The main picture is very misleading. I wished I read the reviews but I got this in a hurry.... lesson learned!

The mouth wash itself is great, good flavor that doesn’t sting my mouth. Minty fresh breath that stay fresh for half a day or so. I thought I was getting good valued but definitely not worth it after seeing how small the bottle was.
