I got the 7.25 qt. In flame. Perfect size for pot roast, roast chicken and vegetables, soups, stews, etc. it’s so pretty in person. Heavy but not crazy heavy. I originally wanted a different color, but this one was on sale for a lot less, so I went with it as my second choice color. However, it’s so beautiful in person and it’s their signature color, so I’m actually glad I got this one in this color and this size. I’ll get smaller ones in other colors. Now I’m just trying to decide what I want to make in it first. I think it might be boeuf bourguignon, or maybe a beef stew.
