Worst shoes ever. I got a pair as a gift from my grandmother. I wore the shoes maybe 6 times. My grandmother passed away a few weeks ago. The shoes started falling apart in me at the soul. I contacted Susan Couch at corporate headquarters and told her my situation. I explained that the shoes were falling apart at the souls and due to the recent passing of my grandmother who bought my the shoes as a gift, I could not recover the receipt. I didn't want any money back, just a replacement pair. Here is her reply.
I have had QC look over the shoes and I'm very sorry but, we are unable to do anything for you. We have not had any issues with this style and without a receipt there is nothing we can do.

I sent her photos of both shoes clearly falling apart and QC wants to say since no other shoe has had this problem that we won't do anything? BS....... Save your money and buy SANUK.
