Amazing book. But the Kindle version isn't functional.

This is one of the most incredible books I've ever read. I own a paperback version but wanted one for the Kindle. I was very disappointed to see that the page images are rotated, making it very difficult to read. Huge bummer.

for a book which deals with the this subject there is actually not a great deal about actual animal trials. Most of the book consists of philosophical, religious and legal discussions about the subject. The actual cases a poorly described and rarely given more than a few lines. There is an index where animals are mentioned and a timetable of the trials but thats about it. The book as a whole is poorly written, and consists of two large chapters which are almost completely impossible to get through. As a whole i do not recommend buying this book
